Step 2: Configuration
Our team can then configure and test your new Microsoft 365 and Team environments, and configure and test your dial plans and voice policies including e911.
We will procure and configure SBCs as required, leveraging your existing PRI. Then we can assign licenses and DIDs to your test users.
Step 3: Migration & Validation
Once the system is fully configured, we can test and validate Teams and enterprise voice with your test users.
We’ll then onboard and enable all users in Teams, then test and validate teams and enterprise voice with the users selected for UAT.
