- Implement consistent Support Services and Network Operations Center (“NOC”) services and processes supporting your in-scope operations.
- Optimize and enhance Support Services and realize continuous improvement in technology and service levels.
- Provide year-over-year reductions in the count and duration of outages through a high-touch service delivery experience, utilizing highly efficient processes and tools consistent with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Technical Support available for general advice and help on covered systems.
- Communicate with our Support Services team through a dedicated 800 number, a dedicated common email and/or through the GGE Customer Portal.
- Perform initial analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for Event Management.
- Fulfill Service Requests.
- Provide proactive communication of service delivery.
- Manage escalations to ensure timely and high quality resolution.
- Deliver life-cycle management of all service requests and incidents.
